Louisburgh GAA Gym

The gym which is located upstairs in the GAA clubrooms has a selection of cardio and resistance machines alongside a comprehensive suite of free weights to suit people at all levels of fitness.

Admission is controlled by an automated electronic access system which allows members to use the gym any time between the hours of 6.30 am and 9.30pm seven days per week.

Membership costs are very reasonable and range in duration from 3 months to yearly memberships. First time users receive an induction with a qualified instructor when they sign up.
